Sunset or Little Spooners Cross Stitch Chart

Here is another classic. This is Sunset or Little Spooners by Norman Rockwell - The Saturday Evening Post. They printed this piece as the cover on April 24, 1926. It is truly a classic.

This chart is 221 x 288 stitches. It contains 99 colors. The white background has been removed, so you won't be stitching white forever, but I highly recommend that you stitch this pieces on a piece of pure white fabric. The size and type of fabric won't matter as much, but this piece will look off if another color is used because all the shadows are stitches.

What's Included

These designs are charted for 18-count fabric using two strands of thread, but can be adapted to any fabric count. Adjustments will affect the finished size and thread requirements. Each chart includes a 30% thread excess estimate. A fabric calculator is provided in the footer of each page; inputting the stitch count will determine the necessary fabric size.

All charts include a black and white chart, color chart, symbol guide, and shopping list. Exceptions apply to designs with fewer than 15 colors, those using only one skein per color, or those explicitly stated as including only one chart type in the listing description.
