Tree Lined Street Cross Stitch Design

Here we have a city street scene in autumn. A three-story building with a balcony is the central feature. Trees with yellow leaves line the street. A dark-colored car is parked on the street, and a person is walking in the background. The overall style is reminiscent of a watercolor painting.

Ironically, I bought this as part of a summer collection but it clearly isn't summer. It's a wonderful design though and would be great used in almost any situation. I could even see it as a cushion cover, purse, wall art, anything... it's cool.

Another cool feature of this piece is that the background and sky were removed, so you could potentially do this on any fabric color and give it an entirely different look.

This chart is 194x196 stitches and 75 colors. It's not too big or too small, so a great size.

What's Included

These designs are charted for 18-count fabric using two strands of thread, but can be adapted to any fabric count. Adjustments will affect the finished size and thread requirements. Each chart includes a 30% thread excess estimate. A fabric calculator is provided in the footer of each page; inputting the stitch count will determine the necessary fabric size.

All charts include a black and white chart, color chart, symbol guide, and shopping list. Exceptions apply to designs with fewer than 15 colors, those using only one skein per color, or those explicitly stated as including only one chart type in the listing description.
